psymon
My misses noticed a small puddle of water under the sink tonight. Have cleaned it up and cheaked for leaks but there aren't any. But,, this is where the mains comes into the house and there is a lot of condensation on the pipe, and the one above it (just like you get on the toilet cistern) If I lag it will this reduce it. It must be cause the water is so cold where it enters the house. Any sugestions welcome Ta Si
Havard
Would be surprised if condensation off 15mm pipes would cause a lot of condensation. Unless your house is heated to 40 degrees C. I would lag all the pipes if you can.!! I would mop everything up and keep an eye on it. I had a really small leak under our sink this year. Didn't spot it until it had leaked for months and wrecked the kitchen floor and boards in the kitchen. Messy. H.
merckx
Condensation on the pipe is normal, it shouldn't produce enough water for a puddle. Best to keep an eye on it incase you do have a leak.

Kranz
Does your washing machine or dishwasher connect up to the sink drain pipe?? I've had these leak more than once. You only find it after the washing machine/dishwasher has been on.

psymon
Cheers Guys and especially Lui :d I will have a look see at all suggestions... Could be the stop cock. It was most next to there.... Means turning off the mains outside doesn't it. Washing machine in the garage, so thats ruled out. Dishwasher has been broke for 3 weeks gets fixed friday. Could be the sink etc as we had to start using it gain cause of dishwasher. Cheers Si
