Had someone offer me my asking price today for the house ive done up!!! so chuffed, its not been on the market that long either

So ive got about £45K lying around now!! Im not going to go stupid tho, most of it will be reinvested in a second project, but i do want to get some serious work done to my supra!!! U have to! it would only be right!!

 

Just wanted to say how chuffed i am and let you guys now that all my blood, sweat and lack of weekends has finally paid of!!!

 

Heres to hard work and its fruits! :D :thumbs:

I would put it in a high intrest savings account - use your current Supe and buy the new MK5 Supe when or if it comes out - which apparatnly is expected in the month of October 2008 then you will have £49,518 which is around what the cost is "expected" to be.

 

Then sell your supe then you have some spare dosh :)

umm, the mkv idea sounds really good!! altough only if they sort the shape out!!!

I reckon styling first, 410bhp is good for the time being for me, just enough to nail most cars on the road while still holding traction!!

 

Ive come up with a list of what i reckon im going to do:

 

- Trial Rear

- Varis Rear Spoiler

- TRD bonnet

- Side skirts??? not sure about which ones yet

- Possible over fenders

- Complete respray to a different colour, not sure what yet tho, probably edgeing towards an orange at the mo

nice one mate, my dads doing the same now hes buying another one and selling the current one and hes been offered 212 but paid 126 for it two years back but done some work, have to say such a good way of making easy money

 

Easy?!?! it was hard graft mate!!! did all the work myself, well most of it bar plumbing etc
