A little help please guys

I'm having trouble starting my car.

Today I've checked all the spark plugs and they are all sparking. I've also used the correct connectors and holders so I know everything is working correctly.

The spark plugs are covered in fuel so I'm assuming there's fuel getting to them.

I've checked for split pipes but haven't found anything.

When I turn her over she isn't even trying to start it's like theres no spark, which is why I checked the plugs.

I'm running out of idea's. Can anyone offer any help please?

Kev

Well I drove the car to japfest 2 about a month ago. The car ran fine. I parked the car up in the garage and went to start it the next day. It started but was misfiring. Once I'd stopping it, it wouldn't start back up. After cleaning the spark plugs twice(first time for carbon build up and second for excess of fuel) it started but wasn't running on all 6. After a minute or two it was running fine again.

I started it up two weeks again and after a few turns it started, went for a little run where it was misfiring again. The car has been sat around for two weeks on charge.

It's bpu

sounds like its over fuelling on cold start? . check all your vacuum pipes for any splits and might be worth checking the coolant temperture sensor. if you just want to get the engine started then i suggest take out all plugs burn off the excess fuel of them by a small flame over the tip (gas cooker) and refit plugs hold the gas pedal half way and crank over engine. i'm sure it will fire up:) then you can checks for leaks etc while engine is running.

OK, first things first. You need to remove the dash top section, (5 screws), and re-solder the connections that go to the lamps on the right. You'll need to undo the two screws that hold the lamp cluster in place, then the two screws that hold the two pieces together.

It'll be obvious when you take it apart. It's not a difficult job, and its a common fault.

Once you've done that, you can check your fault codes and begin to find out why the car won't start...
