steve0
ive been trying to sell my sup for the past few months now without success i got an email this i replied to it and got this back ive feeling its just a con low Hii , Thanks for the quick response and am also elated to hear from you the car is still available for sale and thanks for the details you just gave about the car and am quite delighted to hear from you the car is in immaculate conditons . Please i want you to email me more pictures if is still available i would really appreciate that soo much because it would not be possible for me to come for the viewing due to my present location right now and as for the price am okay with your asking price £5,300 which is pretty good for the lovely car and i would be gratefull if you change the status of the ads to sold because i would be arranging for the payment to get to you a soon as possible hopefully by next week tuesday. Am quite satisfied what you've mention soo far about the car and as for the shipping cost you have nothing to worry about ok!! i will take care of that myself have allready consult a private shipping company who's going to handle it professionally for me both the shipping cost and other necessary development concerning the shipment of the car because the car will be finally ship to portugal. However,as for the payment am paying you a united kingdom bank draft(GBP) which am going to instruct my business associate who is base in united kingdom to send you a bank draft via ground mail and which can be clear in any bank in united kingdom and it will take maximum of 3 to 4 days working days to FULLY CLEARED into your bank account for verification by your bank and once you've confirm the clearance and the money is finally available in your account from your bank the car should be hand over to the shippingagent and papers document aswell once they arrive your location. Am from portugal but presently located in swistzerland on a tourist visit to greece. Thanks soo much and i really appreciate your efforts for taking your time to response to my enquiry. Hopefully to hear back from you today in order to proceed further with the payment and shipping arrangements as soon as possible . Regards.... Timothy. Gamer
Am from portugal but presently located in swistzerland on a tourist visit to greece. Sounds very fishy to me. Also Timothy Rivera does not sound like a Portuguese name.

Havard
I dont understand the following: 1) Who buys a car without viewing it? 2) How can you think they are available as diesels? If a bankers draft has cleared is there any way of him retreiving the money and taking the car?. Sounds like a scam to me but I can't see where the catch is. H. A fake bankers draught will appear to be cleared. Then, once the bank realises it's a fake you are left with no money and no car Prior to that, the victim 'sees' the funds (cleared) in their account. Rayman
2) How can you think they are available as diesels? I dont think he actually thinks this but he's forgot to edit the email, its obviously the sort of email he sends to many car sellers trying to fish one of them in to his con.
