Used a full bogroll. Masochists the lot of you...Am I the only one who hates curries ? I also hate sleeping with someone who likes curries. As a recently lapsed member might say, Ewwww. I like food that doesnt hurt you, food that gives as much pleasure whilst leaving your body as it did going in. Meze Starter - Pita and dips, Halkidiki olives, Grilled Houlmi cheese, Rice Stuffed Peppers, Dolmades (Stuffed Vine Leaves), Butter beans. Main - Pork Souvlaki kind of done as a Gyros with salad and Olive roasted home made chips. Desert - Didn't get to it as we were all well and truly stuffed! Washed down with plenty of wine. Kittyclaws Posted November 8, 2006 Share Posted November 8, 2006 I used to love Madras, untill I found out what goes into them. there is a book you can get which tells you how to cook them just like you woud eat in a restaurant. the madras is the most basic curry you can get.
