PhatB
Hoping someone can help me here. I 've managed to get a set of 18" alloys from a scrap yard off a written off mkiv. The alloys didn't have tyres so I was wondering if anyone could advise on what profile tyres etc. I should get. Cheers
Ian W
i have 235/40/18 on the front and 255/35/18 on the rear. depending on what width your wheels are you may want to go up to a 265/35 on the rear but i didn't feel i needed to. PhatB
Cheers for that. I'm just trying to find somewhere that sell tyres. I went to Kwik Fit but they just said to go and find out! So much for tyre experts

PhatB
just measured from edge to edge of wheel and it is 230, but apparently you can't get 18" tyres that are 230 wide. I assume 235 will do?
