tbourner
Does anyone know anything about this? Anyone done it? What sort of detail do you need to go into before going for an interview? What sort of amounts to they lend usually or is dependant on what it's for etc.? I've gotta get out of this 'normal' life of 9-5 working, earning money for someone else - no matter how many pay rises I get it's still a shite lifestyle! MKIVDreamer
I did it a while ago, but not for anything major, just liquidity/cashflow etc. It was very straightforward for a small loan ( My advice is go prepared with a plan of how you will use the money, and more importantly how that plan will allow you to pay back the loan. For a significant loan I would imagine that you would need to provide a detailed business plan including what net earnings you expect over a 3-5 year basis. Interestingly I've just swapped the "I'm my own boss" life for a "normal" 9-5 life. There's a lot more to running your own business than some people realise. Lots of self-discipline required.
