dazla
I'm getting so pissed of with these fireworks now. I dont know if i've got old to quick or its just because i've just driven home and a Bast**D used rocket firework has just hit my windscreen. Not to mention my 2 dogs are cowering like mad. How can people waste all that money on them back garden fireworks that only last a second. They're so shite!! Nothing wrong with the controlled displays but come on people. get over it. :ban:
JamieP
I agree... my poor dogs are shitting it:(
DaveK
I really do think they should change the law so it's controlled displays only. My g/f is french and the law is different there - she thinks it's astounding that anybody can walk into a shop and buy fireworks to use in their garden. She told her friend that - and he said : why would they allow that? I can live with it this weekend - it's the fact that it will go on for another month that f***s me off. Ian R
Yep they piss me off too. I think the law should be changed so that they are only sold from the 3rd November. Saying that my dog doesn't give a toss about them

peter richards
the one night of the year i wish for rain , little fxxxxxs have been setting light to all sorts of things in the last week , seems they think that arson is ok in the month of november
Rob
I'd just like to show these people the state of my two dogs right now, and see if they still want to let off fireworks. The other option was to fight fire with fire(works), a local shop sells 100 shot air bombs for about £25, I reckon a pair of them set off simultaneously on the front lawn of the local "display artists" at 4:00am would ram the message home. Pig
They dont bother me TBH, im out in the country and can only hear them in the distance. When i was in the city my dog would bark all night.....not that was annoying!
Jake
My new dog (14 week old Beagle) is fine with the fireworks. He doesn't take any notice of them at all. My old Great Dane used to be a quivering wreck before the first rocket had fell to earth. They've been going off for hours now. I suppose it's fair enough today though, being Firework Night. dazla
god dammm. Its like a war zone out there. I dont think theres that many bangs in iraq! wish i had a tank right now. I'd drive round to all the local yobbos and blow the fcuk out of all there houses. Then say "well it is bonfire night". burn all you scanks and chavs, burn burn, burn. :flame: :ban:
Paul
Annoys me too, had dogs myself up to early this year and they used to shit themselves and get so worked up. The problem now is that this sort of Chav competition that goes on with families/households in seeing who gets the loudest f*cking bang. Oooooooooooooooh, how exciting Wankers the lot of them. RobSheffield
Its not so bad where i live, but still get a few loud ones. I think my dog has mostly tuned them out, but she still gets upset. I just put the TV and Stereo on, and pop a few Supra videos on my PC loud as i can, then she cant hear anything (neither can i, i have gone deaf )
zap
I cant quite understand, they keep telling us about lethal weapons, dangerous this and dangerous that, you need lisence to own a gun, a car, a motorbike, and yet pretty much any muppet can buy a firework which is effectivly a bomb and do whatever they please with it, WTF. How you getting on with the new pooch Jake? As for the fireworks, why is it OK to let them off anywhere they like, if I bought a pile of them and started letting them off in the local shopping center, bet they'd soon get pissed off

dazla
Well thank god all that's over with. Probably still have them going off tonight but surely not as bad as last night. On the radio today. The fire brigade was being attacked by rockets and bangers. Its going to get worse before it gets any better. So just ban them now.
