Supragal
Don't even start me on things like this. Credit cards I hate. 0% interest, great, right up until you don't pay because THEY 'forgot' to update new address details hense no statement arriving to ask for payment, so they have removed the 0% and a manager will have to review it eventhough the girl on the phone said she would make sure it was reinstated. Grrr.

Max Headroom
Wife had a letter this morning charging her £30 for going £20 overdrawn on her account for the first time in 12 years. Spoke to a stupid girl on the phone who wouldnt do anything because my wife couldnt remember a security number and the girl wouldnt ask another security question even though my wife read off the statement. Girl said anyone could read off a statement, my wife said why would someone ring you to speak about an overdraft charge? Wife hung up. Went into local branch showed it one of the managers and without further question re-instated the £30. Banks dont you just love em!!
