I have owned both and payed more for Skyline as this is an import for sure as there was no UK car and the supra quote you have may be a UK car quote, also I think the Skyline has a stronger reputation for theft but only guessing
Suprasteve
both were imports and based on the same details re price year mileage etc, i just changed the car details. Impreza WRX STI = £900 EVO 7 = £1,070 but what surprised me was TVR Cerbra 5.0 = £710 ! can you tell i'm bored ?!?
Rayman
R33 gtr will be higher because they are real targets for car thiefs, more so than a supra id say. R33 has slightly more performance than the supe hasnt it, thus the extra premium!

Cable
Insurance is very bizzare. My R33 with 420bhp cost £1800 Same company quotes for my supra with similar mods for £925. I don't understand. I'll also add that when I got the quote for the Skyline I was having a play about and got a quote for a Porsche GT3 which was £810 and a 911 Turbo for £950!! vely confused

Robbo
I got a quote for a Skyline GTS-T before I bought my Supra and it was £1600 and my Supra is £590 (it is an N/A though). My boyfriends R33 GTR cost him £1000 with A-Plan and his car before that which was an R32 GTR (450BHP) with declared mods was £1200 with Tesco.
