dazla
So is everybody ready for Christmas then, You do know its only 7weeks away. I hate this part of the wait. Thinking "Should i start buying some presents this week" And you never do. Then your rushing around like a headless chicken trying to do it all in one day. God its stressful. RedM
Xmas? Fark orf. I haven't done celebrating Easter yet! On a more serious note, this year will be the first year I've not visited my family since moving up here. On the plus side I only have to buy presents for my girlfriend. Ewen
wifes asked the outlaws to buy me an X-Mod Supra for Xmas (probably with my money)...should be interesting as they seem to have problems transferring phone calls onto note paper. Last year I was going to get a bottle of Drambuie, but that turned into Dubonet, and the year before that I was going to get a Tamiya car kit which turned out to be a car cleaning kit. Hobgoblin
Speaking of Christmas, I saw turkeys for sale in Sainsburys the other day, when I mentioned this at work, it started quite a debate about how long a turkey keeps in the freezer. Mrs Jones, the MDs wife, reckoned it was 3 months, Steve, the sales manager, said no more than 2 months; So I said, "Well I put one in the freezer yesterday, and when I opened the door this morning it was dead!!" Supragal
kind of. I've got the majority of bits but the intention to buy more has been cut short due to no job, so in a way I'm glad I've got some at least so I don't feel like a total prick come Christmas day.
