Firstly id like to say hello to everyone as im new here! Have only owned my supra for three months but am loving it!!

I have just bought a HKS Super flow induction kit for my NA. I have been reading through the old threads and they seem to get really poor reviews! Is this right? I have to admit it sounds terrible when i first turn the car on!!

I do like the induction roar of aftermarket induction kits so dont fancy putting on the stock airbox. Is there any filters that anyone has that they would recommend? :search:

Hey!

Thanks for that. Ive been looking at a heatshield would this be worth doing? I was thinking of using the HKS piping and just changing the Filter to an apexi one as i have heard they are good

The stock box is near on impossible to beat to be honest, but if I were going to do it, I would use something similar to the ARC cold air box or similar and totally seal off the filter from the warm engine bay temps......Get rid of your HKS filter, it would be better to run with no filter at all than have that on especially if its an old one
