Castle
is that what i need? i thought it would be the roof rubbers for the drip any advice on the roof rattle fix?
Roy
roof and door i guess then ... as for the rattle, i took it to a mechanic who used a combo of strong glue and that white tape over the screws (mine were stripped then) .. not the best method i guess but it worked. Castle
these bits are the sticky black rubbers bits, i think i might have to get some new ones but everyone on here just seems to reuse them:conf:
Roy
my advice would be to get new ones but maybe someone else has a better idea as i am not THAT tech minded mate. i saw the problem starting on mine so replaced the rubbers in their entirety but i suppose a good glue should do (unless glue hardens the rubber that is ..). Castle
ok mate cheers, i think everyone has different ideas about this. I read someone saying they don't get any leeks because they tighten the roof on by the back bolts first:baa: guess it's just luck of the draw:p
Roy
i've tried to tighten the bolts with every combo known to man but still got the dreaded drip so went to replace all .... good luck.
