Matt H
Wow!! What can be said!! just got back from seeing it at the flicks, absolutely awesome!! I class the first saw as one of my all time favs, and saw 2 was just as good. To be honest i wasnt expecting a third offering to be that good, (as sequels go, history as taught us that they just tend to be sh*t money spinners), but with saw 2 being another master piece i was hopeful. And........... it was flipping fantastic! superbly done, super intelligent (bar a slight bit of coincidence at the end, but thats forgivable in such a good film). I loved it, it was fresh above all, saw but slightly different, just what was needed to make a third film work, and above all, it had that amazing thing that only saw can do, add super gore with super inteligent film writing and pull it!! Could it be the best of the 3? who knows, you can only ever decide that if you had seen both the first saw and the third saw before each other, but thats impossible and plus saw three wouldnt have been anything worth watching if it wasnt for its interlink with the other 2 films. Go see its one of the best films this year!! 2million stars out of fav! btw i liked it!!

Pete
Saw 1 was great as it was new, 2 just played on the same theme, but wasn't a great film. The acting was just piss poor.
ivan
I'm with Pete. I didn't think 2 was as good as the first. But I'm hoping 3 is back on track.

Carl
I have never been a big fan of films like Saw as they are a little too real for my liking. I cant help thinking that there are people out there that would actually do this sort of thing. Unfortunately, my girlfriend loves all this blood and guts stuff so I have a feeling Im going to get dragged to see it tonight...Things I do... Mike
I thought the first two were a bit rubbish to be honest... but I'll still see the third one.. I've got a thing for rubbish horror films..

Matt H
P.s, i think anyone that writes a bad review would just be offended by the gore and violence imo, neglecting the awesome story line and twists that makes the film what it is. Bobbeh
I liked Saw for its originality. Might have to check this one out at some point. I did see 'Texas Chainsaw Masscre - The Beginning' this week and that was pretty disturbing

Rickeh
I watched Saw 3 last night, what a dissapointment. The first two were pretty good and quite original in their plot and storyline. The third was just same old same old, and the twist... really wasn't a twist at all. The whole point about the Saw movies is the intelligent twist at the end, this film was just that plain chicken sandwich filler you get from asda that doesn't taste great but you'll eat it anyway because you haven't been shopping for a while and all you have is bloody pasta, and it'll do you until you go shopping next (until saw 4 comes out). I was shocked at the ending but only because it was 'crap'. Loved the first 2, not impressed with 3... hopefully 4 wont be the same... I can imagine it being alright if you haven't seen the first 2 or don't expect much, but otherwise... 2/5! (yay my first ramble on here)
mathew
gona watch this tomorrow night on a first date it could ruin the date but i dont care as i really gotta see this film if its anything like the first 2!! the twist in the first one was awesome although my 13yr old sister made a valid point when they take the recorder outta jigsaw's hand be asking ''he cant be dead as rigamortis would have set in, yet they took the recorder ouuta his hand very easily'' if i had payed more attention to her she could have ruined the film for me lol:)

edd_t
i went to see it last night. Im with Rickeh on this one. A bit of a let down to tell the truth, predictable and i didnt think as much gore as the others. Defiantly worth seeing though. But not my fav' out of all 3. Scoboblio
i didnt think as much gore as the others. Wow I thought the opposite Had my cringing in my seat more than a few times, actually I thought that bits of it were overly gory just for the sake of it. Then again I loved the twist at the end of it too.
