Ian W
i had my Tein Superstreets installed today but the mechanic says that he put the front as low as they'd go without the shock or spring (can't remember which) starting to rattle about. question is, do they 'settle' like lowering springs or will they stay the same as how they are initially set? thanks

Ian W
are there different types of Superstreets which will lower the car different amounts?
TrickTT
Mine haven't settled since i put them on about 6 weeks ago, but unless you're driving round on a full set of spacesavers, you'll get serious rubbing issues. I had to set the collar about 30mm up the threaded adjuster to get enough clearance, and i'm thinking about raising it a touch more cos it still catches a bit when the damping is set on soft. Shilakadaddy
Mine are set as low as they will go at the fronts with no rubbing issues. Had to get the rear arches trimmed, however that was more to do with the offset of the wheels, than the ride height (the rear coilovers were set about 10mm off the lowest setting). Wheels are 18x8.5 ET35 & 18x9.5 ET30, just for reference Are you just using the standard top mounts?

Omlaysause
As you know Supra-Man I'm interested in buying these and would be interested in the outcome before I go ahead .... sounds a bit worrying?
