JustGav Posted October 23, 2006 Share Posted October 23, 2006 The autoglym stuff is very similar to the meguairs NXT stuff, it is a wax.... and as such gives it good protection. Autosol is a polish and as such is a little more abrasive and is good for getting the marks off in the beginning. The autglym stuff ive got is definately a metal polish, not wax. It is more abrasive than autosol, i used it to get the laquer and corrosion off the outer rims of my old alloys. Oooh, I stand correct, I may have to try some of the stuff then, the autoglym rep I spoke to said that autosol was more abrasvie... oh boy yet another product to add to my detailing collection then. Its just a polish for already good/perfect finsh but will do little for tarnished ones.
