Mark Ayling
I have recently (after nearly a year!) worked out how to use my Apexi AVC-R and have set up the presets for A) 1.1 and B) 1.2. What boost can I safely run at for day-to-day use? I have an FMIC BTW. TIA
Guest Ash
Stick it at 1 Bar (14.5 psi) maximum. That should be okay for general use. Any higher than that and you are out on a limb. Yours, J
francesca
While we are on the subject does anyone know how to set up the GReddy profec-B boost controller properly, I can't seem to get it right. I have the instructions from the US website but they seem a bit incomplete & I don't really understand what I am actually doing with it. I have no cats, J-spec & the boost will go stratospheric if I let it, detonates at about 1.5. (only did it once before you all shout at me & it was particuarly vigorous kick-down) Please help, I dare hardly touch the accelerator at the moment! I know I need FCD & FMIC but can I keep boost down with the GReddy unit?
Guest Ash
Franx, could you please email me the instructions (or the URL of the website) and I'll see if I can talk you through it on the phone. Yours, J
