Matt _Aero top_
185 ?? thats a push irons tyre isn't it ???
Matt _Aero top_
where i live the road is only narrow so the car has to go half on the curb and half on the road and 35 profile isn't very forgiving on the curb i'll end up marking the rims . Nic
The aspect ratio of a tyre eg. 40, is not a fixed dimension it is a percentage of the width of the tyre. ie. tyre aspect ratio x tyre width = side wall dimension eg. 245/40/19 would be 40% x 245mm = 98mm side wall height So to be able to answer your question, you would need to tell us the width of the tyre. Nick
Something else to consider is the rolling radius will be wrong, and therefore your speedo.
Ian W
Something else to consider is the rolling radius will be wrong, and therefore your speedo. it's all about keeping as close to the stock rolling radius as possible. if you don't want a low profile tyre, don't buy 19s i'm afraid. Matt _Aero top_
I hear what your all saying about the rolling radius and the speedo issue but to be honest thats something i could live with . And the tyres that i'm running at the moment is 245/40/
