Holiday next year - but where?

Decided that me and the Mrs need to go away somewhere next year as we havent been abroad for ages now.

Destination must be no more than a 4.5hour flight away, not mega hot but warm all the same, not known for being windy.

And most of all, not too expensive :)

Where would you recommend? keeping in mind that we would be self-catering as we're both fussy eaters so no need for all inclusives or anything.

Thankyou.

Poland. Ok hear me out. It's cheap, there's loads of good history type things to see if you want to go on a train adventure.

Good food, hotels etc and you can get drunk for about £2.00!

Lastly it's hot in the summer, yes you heard it here first. And there are beaches.

Went to Bulgaria a few weeks ago and that was ok.

The resort was clean enough, just be careful of pick pockets in certain areas and you should be fine.

Restaurants and bars are all clean, just the toilets that are minging at times, especially in Club XL which is on Sunny Beach where we stayed. Gross.

We had a week out there and I spent 200 quid - not bad going at all I reckon seeing as we were out every night of the week on the beer!
