aido
I got one of these to try and help with my carpal tunnel syndrome, like a twat I got excited and knackered my shoulder up with it on the first day! To be honest though when you get into it they're quite good, really hard work to get to the high speeds though, think I managed 11k or something before I got bored of it! aido
Yeah they're good mate, I bought mine from Play, they do the official ones, they're quite addictive little things. Good for sports injuries and the like, just builds up strength in places you wouldn't normally use unless you isolate those areas down the gym. I got one for my arms after i was diagnosed with something similar to carpal tunnel, except I've got it in my legs too, so thye did the op on my hand and it's made knacker all difference except I've got two lifelines and my hand still goes numb. Then again on the bright side at least I don't have to sit on it anymore
