Not happy with my body!

Hi guys

Some of you may remember that I had a new passanger door fitted this time last year when some old chap drove into me in a car park. Well was clearing out the garage and the light caught the top of the door (where it meets the front wing) and its all jagged (like its been crimped). Also it looks as if it is miles out of line with the wing and the bonet, on closer inspection there apears to be a bit of rubber in there (not sure if this is stock). Any ideas on where I stand as it has been a long time or if this looks normal.

If this isnt right then I do feel cheated as the place I took it to was very high profile and cost the old chap a small fortune (he chose to go private)

If it was done by a profesional they should guarantee the work for 5 years against any corrosion, as for poor fitting, not sure where you stand. Try CAB and see what they say.

It looks like they have bent it when they were fitting it, probably closed the door before it was aligned up, thought you would not notice!

Good luck with the outcome, don't let them win!
