Right, don't want to sell as it's a good car, but two turbo Supras is a bit greedy :D

I bought this http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=76471 in July. Since then, I have put on clear indicators and fitted Infinity coaxial speakers front and rear.

The car has now done 71k. The only downside to the car is that when I bought it, there was a droning noise that sounded like rear wheel bearings. So I bought the car and replaced both rear wheel bearings, it still drones over 45mph. It's not the diff either, I have had that checked.

I suppose it could be front bearings ? Don't know.

Otherwise, it drives very well, the interior is in very good condition and the bodywork is good too given its age and that it is very original.

Just want my money back, so £5500 no offers. If it's dry, I will give it a polish and post some decent pics this weekend. £5500 is a good price for a sensible mileage, JIC supplied TT which is bone stock save for some mild brake mods.

Guess I'm gonna be joining the diesel brigade for my to and from work car, and boy will I miss wasting all the Mondeos\BMWs on the way to work :(

Right, I've been and given it a polish - think I'm going to have to rethink the price ! If it doesn't sell then I will keep it, go bpu and put on a decent set of wheels, it'll look the nuts !

The bodywork is 13years old, so if I said it was perfect you would know I was lying. It's not perfect, but you can see it comes up well and the panels all look okay.

And as for the droning noise, looks like s crane could be right, not that I doubted you mate ;) But a search on t'internet convinced me that it is very probably the Avon ZZ-1s that are making the noise. SO glad I replaced both rear wheel bearings

Enough yabba yabba, here's the pics.

Okay, pulling this for now until I have got rid of the tyre noise, I think it's putting people off just in case it isn't tyres.

Will start a new thread once noise is fixed, it will either be by putting new tyres on, or different wheels as I think the wheels let the car down. New wheels will probably bump the price up a little tho.

Cheers

Mornin all :)

Okay, two new rear tyres and voila - no droning noise  Well, at least it's fixed.

So, back up for sale.

As before, one stock GZ TT with all the normal GZ extras. The car has had new shocks, brakes, bearings, rear tyres, cambelt done etc etc. A very straight example of a stock TT  The car even comes with a folder including some japanese history, uk history, Supra owners manual and some other stuff.

And being the lovely person I am, I will hold the price at £5,500 :faint: :) If you're interested, I suggest you check out my link to the original for sale thread for more details.
