Ian W
You said you were a little bigger at 15 stones, but he is over 17 stones. perhaps he is 'bigger' but just not as tall, thus weighing less? girth is more important.....that's what i keep telling myself anyway

mikeyb10supra
What a bunch of freaks and fairies. He didn't even look bothered he'd won it. probably lacking brain cells from all the steroid abuse....I work out and hard mass training is extreme and very hard to do 3 times a week (if your training properly) I really have little respect for these guys though, clean bodybuilders yes, but the juicers have little or no respect for there body at all, most die early and live in constant pain......you need to ask yourself......WHY???? I have a freind who is on to powerlifting, he entered the british junior finals in finland and broke neary all records for his age/weight catergory He uses deadlifts, squats, bench and rows and thats it his workout is based around these 4 in a split and one of the biggest pointers he ever gave me in getting some quality muscle was to eat eat eat and eat some more, he even used to force feed him self, something which I would not really consider doing, but its worked for him, he is a man mountain

Tannhauser
...or the trousers. What did Tannhäuser's avatar say? "Obviously compensating" wasn't it? Still does, Dude. I'm compensating for having private parts so large that I'm ashamed of their freakishness.
