Shocking! You can't put milk in before the water. It's provent to boil the milk instantly and in effect, ruin your once good cup of tea. :( In fact I'm gonna find the rules!

Here they are for that perfect cup of tea - courtesy from the BBC. Note number 10!! ;)

1. Use tea from India or Ceylon (Sri Lanka), not China

2. Use a teapot, preferably ceramic

3. Warm the pot over direct heat

4. Tea should be strong - six spoons of leaves per 1 litre

5. Let the leaves move around the pot - no bags or strainers

6. Take the pot to the boiling kettle

7. Stir or shake the pot

8. Drink out of a tall, mug-shaped tea cup

9. Don't add creamy milk

10. Add milk to the tea, not vice versa

11. No sugar!

That my friend is how it should be made. I drink around 4 cups a day and I tell thee, the round ones are the best!

I'm frikking bored too not surprisingly.

ahhh the old skool way! thats how my parents do it, warming the pot, using leaves instead of bags etc.

Thanks Sabrina. You can clearly see my new job is fulfilling my wildest ambitions of teabag searching and browsing the Supra forum. To say I am stretched with my work load is an understatement! ;)

I wouldn't use the word sad as that's a little harsh - just making good use of w@nk worktime! :)

Well fancy logging on here to find that the most active thread currently is one about tea bags. Don't drink tea, hate the stuff, strong expensive coffee, milk no sugar - mmmmmm......

Tea bagging however, well now that's a different matter :innocent:

Dude, you stole my fucking thunder :)
