Jake
The guy has no arms at all. He's got a single finger protruding from his left shoulder. The program is about an expedition across africa by a group of disabled folks. The background story for this guy (I didn't catch his name) showed him driving his Supra, on the public road. So he obviously has a licence etc. They showed him at the petrol station filling her up as well. Good on him !

For anyone outside Wales wanting to see it; BBC2 Wales is channel 991 on Sky digital. It's in the first 10 mins of the program so you don't have to wait long.
