imi
Good Race - Amazing Result Just watched the suzuka GP. Great drive by Alonso, amazing how fast he was putting the ferraris under immense pressure and forcing the failure off Schumi. What do you guys reckon, who is going to win
Scoboblio
Must admit I did a fair amount of air punching in the car when MS's engine went pop.
SupraStar 3000
WHY is it always when the TV adverts are on!!! Makes me so mad. Get up at 5:00am on Sunday to watch a race and the championship decided durring the tv add.
Ian R
Yep I got up to for this to see schumi to one step closer to win his final championship. Gutted he's been robbed. Just wasn't meant to be I suppose. All those who have slagged schumi over the years will be saying in a few years time, remember him he was the best F1 driver in recent times
colsoop
I think Ferrari took a bit of a gamble and pushed the engine a little bit harder for that extra bit of power and paid the price. That Japanese director was effin useless he kept changing views to pick up the Toyotas or hondas. We missed 3 overtakes because he wanted to show the 16th place man because he is Japanese
MARTIN R
Maybe its not all over yet:blink:

I remember about 2 seasons back they went to a commercial break on the last lap and returned with 2 corners to go, jesus you dont get commercial breaks during football (maybe we should then i will watch it sometimes)
Thorin
Come on Alonso! I've money riding on him
imi
What if mysteriously Massa / (or one of the other ferrari supplied teams) takes OUT Alonso and Schumi wins the race?
Gordon F
What if mysteriously Massa / (or one of the other ferrari supplied teams) takes OUT Alonso and Schumi wins the race? Michael will be World Champion again. Surely that won't happen tho'
Alex
Indeed - if that happens and the datalogging can prove foul play I would hope the FIA would strip Ferrari and Schumi of all championship points.
SUPRASUZUKI
I hope Alonso drives into Shumy. Payback for his dirty tricks in the past.
MrHanky
I was gutted to see Schumacher's engine fail. Still it's not over yet, anything could happen. Mark
Hobgoblin
I wonder if Ferrari may use an opportunity for Massa to take out Alonso. Are they all evil, or is it just Schumi? I always thought Ross Brawn looks dodgy. Whatever, I am already looking forward to Alonsos home race next year, just bought the tickets. Come on Kimi, no wins for McLaren this season so far. merckx
I think the Renault engine will be fairly reliable in the last race, they'll reduce the maximum revs etc. I don't hate Schumacher like I used to but he should've been banned after he parked his car on the last corner during qualifying for the Monaco GP. He's a cheat!
merckx
I wonder if Ferrari may use an opportunity for Massa to take out Alonso. The penalties for Ferrari would be huge, the telemetry they run on the car will reveal if he deviates at all to take Alonso out.

MrRalphMan
I think the Renault engine will be fairly reliable in the last race, they'll reduce the maximum revs etc. And he has a new engine for the last race also, so all he has to do is get 8th and it's his. imi
The penalties for Ferrari would be huge, the telemetry they run on the car will reveal if he deviates at all to take Alonso out. Assuming that the race steward would look into the telemetry Remember the Alonso / Massa incident a few races ago when Alonso was penalised 10 places....Massa was several hundred meters behind Alonso but despite all that (inc Martin Blundle's dissapprovement) they "looked" at the telemetry and penalised alonso. They will do whatever it takes to help Ferrari, they always have.
