Bob
Possibly done by a big 4WD with a tow bar? I had a scaffolding van reverse into the side of my celica in a car park - not pleasant. But it only cost £1200 to cut out, weld in and fully paint the whole passenger side rear quarter panel!

I had similar when a 4x4 from over the road reversed in to my rear quarter, the fairly localised dent says tow bar on the back. Have you tried asking the car park owners for any cctv ? Kev.O
Bit of a trek from Somerset though Chris To be honest CJ I went to them just to get my side skirts fitted as they have such a good reputation. It's hard to find a trusted repair shop/coachworks.
