Assemble springs by myself

How hard is it to assamble lowering springs by myself?

I'm bit handy and got the TSRM, i assume it will take me at least a day to do all four springs.

Are there any parts which i should lubricate with WD40 a day before i'm going to work with? or spray it on all parts? :D

any parts that i should replace when i'm doing the springs?

Got any tips for me?

Hi mate,

As long as you have a spring compressor it's not a bad job really. You need to remove the front arch liners to get the long wishbone bolt out and with the rear you kind of need to stand on the hub while pulling out the strut.

Possibly the most difficult part could be removing the drop links as they tend to turn with the nut.

If your insulators are all ripped like mine then it's a good idea to replace them, you'll be removing them anyway to fit the new springs.
