mkirby Posted October 1, 2006 Share Posted October 1, 2006 Been looking into moving but we just cant find anything and we like our house but needs to be bigger so were looking at getting an extension so could do with having an idea of costings i should be expecting. We live in a new build (well 9 years old) 3 bed semi so looking to go out over the drive with a garage and utility on the ground floor and a bedroom with on-suite above. You want it done properly, recommendations are the only way. They'll surely tell you of any problems they've had aswell as the price they paid.
