Chris Wilson
Off topic, but did you buy the Eagle owls Chris? Yes, but I won't be picking them up until Friday. The kookaburras are here and in excellent voice though.
Thorin
Mine was actually in very good condition, bar the cracked top, no sludgy crap in it and coolant still a good colour despite being changed nearly two years ago.
JohnA
I've got to keep an eye on mine then. Well, anything plastic or rubbery in a hot engine bay isn't going to survive forever, is it?

Bobbeh
Am I the only one to see all the above as the result of supras changing hands for pocket money? Possibly. I agree with you that many people tend to shell out money on the mods, many of which put more stress on various components naturally etc and neglecting the important bits like decent servicing etc. I mean surely theres differences between cars that have been mentioned before on here, running 300k+ miles on stock twins, and those blowing theirs and running into other issues such as those mentioned above at "50k" miles etc.

Feakins
So far i've had: Boot rubbers Aerial problems Crank Pulley Wheel Bearing Cracked radiator on plastic at top. All in 6 months. Everytime I search they come up as "common problems", seems to be quite a few common problems for a car I was expecting to be mega reliable. I know its 11 years old but still.
