dazla
i have had my car for a month now and i can stand the horrible sticker mark on my dash. The bloke i bought it off must of had something stuck to the dash like a mobile phone holder or something. Well its left all the backing on the dash. does anybody know a good solution to getting off without damaging anything:(
Scoboblio
I'm not sure who sells it, but I've used something before actually called "sticky stuff remover". Could've been from the people who make prit-stick (sp?).
Sheefa
Warm water mate with some oil based paint remover helps mate. I used this on my old fiesta. Another good idea would be to get hold of a steam machine (used for wallpaper stripping etc) and blast it for a few minutes then try and peel it off only using your nails, and gently. Bobbeh
I'm not sure who sells it, but I've used something before actually called "sticky stuff remover". Could've been from the people who make prit-stick (sp?). I've used this, but not on the dash, should be fine, but you have to let it sink in to work best, then use a damp sponge or something to brush it off with. Jason
Without putting my sexuality at risk here, one of the best things to use is ladies perfume. The cheap stuff works fine too.
