Matt H
I was talking with some friends the other night about the good old days of the SNES and the great games like Donkey Kong County that were available. The conversation got me gagging to play Donkey Kong again so i downloaded one of those emulators from the tinternet! I then downloaded Donkey Kong Country, which ran perfectly, but much to my annoyance the (i think) amount of pixels or whatever had been reduced significantly so the game only looks perfect graphically wise when its dead small on screen i.e if its at full screen it is badly pixelated. The question is, can you download a ROM of Donkey Kong at larger files sizes of something so you get the graphics exactly like they were at full screen. Apart from that the games perfect, its just been shrunk a bit i think. Any ideas or pointers?! Never done anything like this before... I don’t really wanna spoil the game by playing it at a small screen size (like gameboy size!!) because when the Nintendo Wii comes out in December you will be able to download the entire back catalogue of Nintendo’s games such as DK (which is F*ckin awesome by the way!!! So unless its just as it was on the SNES I don’t want to know. Anybody else got ROMS etc that are pefect?! Ta Matt
Whitesupraboy2
Its not the ROM its the emulator. Some of the snes emulators allow you to play multiplayer over the net of games like mario kart etc..
carl0s
Dude those games are created in that resolution. The best you could hope for would be a better emulator which allows you to enable some high quality anti-aliasing to smooth it out.

Guest gzaerojon
try this emulator mate (you need to enter password ), works ok here and looks like it used to. don't forget that a tft/crt monitor is very sharp, so it will show up all the pixels ect. give it a try on the tv and you'll be suprised
