Soonto_HAS_soop
Is there such a thing as too large an oil return for a single setup?
uk-rich
can't see how, unless its so big that it is impossible to get it to fit
TLicense
I don't think so. I think the relationship between the inlet and the return might be important. ie If the inlet was huge, you might need a larger return so as not to over pressurise the turbo. But at the end of the day it's just a drain for the oil that's been fed to it.
SimonB
The drain can't be too large. It can be too small, and the feed can be too large, but not the drain.
JohnA
It can't be too large, but it can be not steep enough. It has to give gravity a chance, no more than 30degrees from the vertical axis at any point (ideally)
