SUPRALOOPY
For no front plate.. Its about time i've got away with it for 6 months now:) . They were really ok coppers, and after the ticket asked what it had and what bhp and so on..we had quite a laugh and he said go on give it some up the road:eyebrows: and i said no way .. so my car will now look shit as it will have a standard size plate stuck somewhere on the bumper. Homer
Did you get a rectification notice, fine or warning? I've had one rectification notice and no fine, got one more left before the final warning. At least you can't get points for no plate! That's right but you can get given a dreaded Q plate if you are a persistant offender for any numberplate offence. One to bear in mind. Class One
A Q plate is a plate issued by the DVLA to vehicles where is origin is in doubt or has had its original plate withdrawn. It can affect the value of your vehicle and has a certain stigma attached to them by the motoring industry.

Yeah I know about that (thanks to your previous post on it!), but its only been formally record once in the past 2 years so have one more warning available? Most of the local coppers know the car and get the occasional wagged finger from them...

One to bear in mind. That's typical bloody stupidness of the legal system in the UK. Why would being told to put a Q plate on their car bother someone who doesn't put a number plate on their car?
