mate ,there is no need to type in block capitals. It looks like YOUR'E SHOUTING!

I think that it would be a close race, you do seem very ignorant though to how quick a modified supra is buddy.

well one thing is clear, those die hard bikers (except the variety with supras also) have had a sense of humour bypass, a chip on their sholder and nothing better to do with their lives (well it is raining today, bike ride anyone?) than to come on here and bore us sensless!

please crawl back to your hole, I don't car if your crotch rocket has 3 turbos, nos and lovely paniers, it won't help you when your 6ft under because some old dear pulls out on you anyway

Why does everyone, especially bike riders or so it seems, measure how good their vehicle is by how fast it goes? Surely there is more to life than that?

I have a 10inch penis and a glamour model girlfriend, why would I need to do a 9sec qtr mile on a daft jap crotch rocket?

Tell you what, lets not have a race, let's have a crash test, i'll go up against any bike, head on at 30mph (no helmets or leather allowed) and see who comes out best. I reckon i'll come off better than the biker so my supra must be better than any bike right?

For f*cks sake, grow up and get a life.

sorry to interupt but if you dont care about how fast it goes then why spend £1000's to make it go faster?

I like cars and bikes, the good thing about bikes is you can buy a brand new one for 7-8 grand standard and you could jump on it straight away having not spent a penny on any mods and pretty much beat any production car,

supra's are very nice looking JAP cars and i think to be honest some of the cars on this site are very impresive and i'm sure on a track they would give a bike a run for its money because of handling,

2 very different vehicles, power to wieght ratio is the bikes advantage.

just my opinion, no offence meant

I just don't understand what he was trying to prove? everyone knows that most bikes are faster than most cars, no-one ever said otherwise did they?

Is it the case that in general bikers hate car drivers? as every biker i know also owns a car, so they would be hating themselves as well? Weird.

And my final question is, why is how 'good' a vehicle is, always measured by how fast it is? I personally feel sorry for anyone who genuinely thinks that way.

I havent spent a penny on making my car go faster. where did i say i had?

I don't have a problem with bikes, most of my mates ride bikes, a lad i work with has just bought a brand new ZX10R (he rides it everyday, come rain, sleet or snow) and it's a lovely looking and sounding machine.

I love the idea of the speed and feeling of freedom a bike offers but i will never own one as i know i would kill myself on it.

Got to add another thing.

I do care how fast it goes, i just don't care how fast it is compared to anything else on the road. I drive to my own abilities and the road conditions, i dont go out to try and race everyone i see like some people. Most of my driving is done to and from work and i rarely come across any traffic at all on my route.

Why does everything have to be a race? Can't we just enjoy what we have got without comparing it to everything everyone else has got?

Well your clearly a fast car and fast bike fan... which of these arguments do you side with (although I don't think there ever was a question to answer)

Ahh i see... i love them both for very different reasons... the rush i get out of the bike i cant explain, being decked over exiting a fast bend hard thinking am i gonna highside it is unreal.

And the supe is amazing... ill never sell that car, the noise, the speed, the looks...:)

As for those that slate bikes... who gives a fuck? not me;)
