Hmmmm, looking at the pic of the manifold. I'm under the impression its best to have a split in the manifold to head flange to allow for expansion. There doesn't appear to be one there! I wonder if it's a good idea to add one??

Care to comment Terry, CW, Dude?

Also, Are the bolts on the manifold all the same size or staggered sizing?

Cheers

Just sort of hanging around anything with a big single

Yeah I could see him eyeing up my turbo, because he's got my cars old, rejected one, and I could see the look of discontent as he surveyed my unpolished engine, shaking his head that I am not using race fuel and running 2 bar (I'm in 'nappy mode' :D ), good luck with the project dude, are you gonna have it all set up and run in by Ten of the Best 3?

regards

Nick

Dude,

For those of us that don't know, what's the wee filter type thing betwixed rocker cover and turbo? Seen them all the single's I've seen IIRC, but don't know what it's there for.

Looks like it's going well anyway.

Regards

Tony

Thats part of the engine breather system , its normally fed into a pipe in the system so all the crap gets sucked back in the engine to be burnt off , i have my doubts as to how well this will work , if i need to i'll weld a pipe onto the big intake pipe and feed it into there !!!!

You also get one for the IAC valve with this kit , when i get my Manifold back ill post pics :D
