Pics of Black Headlights on Black Supra?

Has anyone got any pics of a black supra with headlights painted black inside?

I'm just refurbing my headlights and I'm trying to decide whether to leave the bezel rings silver or go for all black inside - like the attached pic. I'm tempted to go all black, but wonder if it would be a bit much on a black supra?

Thanks.

Thanks for the pics and replies guys. It's nice to have a few to compare.

I'm also thinking I might spray the side light bump with some black tint so it doesn't stick out so much.

Yep still have chrome rings. The inside was sprayed black and fitted with chrome rings.

Gaz, where did you get your chrome rings and how much?

Just wondered

Doesnt painting the insides black take away the reflectors and make the lighting even worse than it already is ??

Hence why Toyota did them chrome..

Just wondered,

But looks great though and some really stunning pics of supes in this thread,

Credit to the owners

I have the lovely "yellow" Jap lights... nice :eyebrows:

You polish them and a few weeks later back where you started :(

it doesn't make any difference if they are chrome or black, as they have there own sealed units inside the actual headlights, these have a chrome backing to give maximum light, the light pattern is already at it's highest when it comes through the glass.

also don't forget facelift lights, these are totota designed ;)
