Ewen
The answer is easy to find if you have a good memory. ....or a brown mac, eh Ewen? good episode that one
Steviekid
If you know the difference between the weight of a "fools coin" and a real coin and the weight of a real coin, the trick is done. Maybe I'm being a total idiot here but how do you know the weight of a real coin?
Ewen
Maybe I'm being a total idiot here but how do you know the weight of a real coin? all you need to know is that the real ones are 5% (or whatever) heavier than the fakes. Kittyclaws
I would just go in, shoot the place up, wedge a sawn off in the bank managers mouth and ask him to point the real gold bag out. quicker this way
RobSheffield
Id just think that Gold currently doesnt have a very high sale price on the world markets, and that Uranium 235 does, so i would look for a glowing room and leave Martin and the man with 2 fake sacks of fake shitty fake gold alone
Ian C
all you need to know is that the real ones are 5% (or whatever) heavier than the fakes. Hang on, I'm taking exception at this. I don't think it can be done that way, you'd need to know the weight of either the real or the fake coin and that defeats the riddle as you could do it by weighing only three coins. OK, say the 6 coins weighed a total of 61.50grams - how many pukka coins did you put on. -Ian
TLicense
None, it's a riddle, there are no "pukka" coins.

Columbo explained it better than I did:) On reflection you are right Ian...you need more info than just being told about the 5%.
