Suprash
Whats everyone make of some of these statements at supposedly getting out of fines, especially interested from our resident law enforcers (I love that word lol ) http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general-knowledge/11150-speed-cameras.html
carl0s
Not much to say, except that the lease vehicle thing is obviously going to work. The same applies if you get a speeding ticket for the day that you sold a car - say you don't know which one of you or who it was who was driving. The fact that the car's leased or a company pool car, or was being test driven by lots of people, should put enough weight behind the idea that you truly don't know who was driving. Pig
Its now been 7days since i went through a mobile camera at 10mph over the limit. Will keep my fingers crossed!
Need4Speed
10mph over the limitIf that was according to your speedo, you probably were only a couple over. 10% speedo optimism (why? I don't know) seems to be the norm.

carl0s
The Ford Orion (G reg.) that I'm driving actually under-reads. When it says 30 on the clock, the sat nav says 32. Not good!
