miko_supra
well in my experience racing an mr2 n/a with my supra n/a, the mr2 pulled away by about a cars length up to 30mph as for the traction, then equal up to about 60/70 mph, then the supra pulled away after that. Scooby
Depends if the Mr2 is a phase 3 or 4? The Supra will def win in a straight line, very driver dependent round the twistys.

RobSheffield
Sorry Jake, i bow to your superior counting skills Did you notice that each one was a prime example of a question mark, so not just quantity, but quality too. I for one cannot wait for this new members future threads. I would wait with baited breath, but i put the muppet on ignore

rmountain05
I've got one for you boy's and girl's which is quicker as standard supra TT or a MR2 Turbo in a straight line and round corners ? my two penneth... I've driven both and if your answer is "MR2" then quite simply follow these simple steps... 1. get off your computer 2. go outside 3. get in your MR2 4. sit there and just pretend that it's really a TT Supra. Don't get me wrong though, they're fab cars but not a patch on a supra. I would say 0-60 an MR2 would eat my NA but on the way to 120 the supra would catch and pass the MR2 - turbo or not. As for a tt then if you're in the MR2. Don't be expecting to be using your mirrors.
michael
I'd take any Turbo MR2 over an NA Supra in any conditions I'm afraid, more power, more torque and lighter, the only downside is the ancient suspension design but they make the most of that. Stick to racing your 1.2 Corsa
