dandan Posted September 20, 2006 Share Posted September 20, 2006 Ok fellas, My brother and I are about to set up a small(ish) company (nothing to do with Supras) and are in the initial stages of planning, checking, researching etc. We have an idea for a name and to the best of my knowledge it is not registered as a ltd company nor as a .co.uk If I search for it as a .com it comes up with a search page on a semi related topic and as a .net, it goes to a shoparound.com page. Do you think that means only the .co.uk is free? OK for someone who is not mega clued up on domanins etc how do I go about getting the web address? Also does anyone know how much it costs to reserve the ltd company name or do I have to actually register the limited company to get the name. We're not quite ready to do that yet.
