Alex
"Models" with a BMI under 17.5 should be banned from the fashion industry and given help. Eva H has a BMI of 16 atm and she looks dreadful! Speaking as a bloke I don't find any of these skinny under fed model attractive and I don't think they do anything for the clothes they are advertising. Charlotte
the elephants or the dropping dead? Err the elephants, I'd be a pretty sick puppy if I was laughing at models dropping dead on the catwalk.

Matt Harwood
Having a nine year old daughter this all worries us a lot. When she was seven-yes SEVEN she decided to stop eating because some stupid boy at school said she was fat (anyone who has met Dana will tell you she is nowhere near fat!). Luckily she has sensible parents and it didn't get serious. This morning they were discussing this on GMTV and she asked me what anorexia is, I only hope she never gets any bright ideas. At least once a week she tells me she's too fat-now she doesn't want to go to Brownies anymore because the trousers they have to wear make her look fat! However-in our house it's not the catwalk/fashion models that are giving her that idea because I don't buy magazines. I find it's the media (news channels and GMTV type programmes) constantly discussing it, telling the likes of Gerri Halliwell, Charlotte Church etc one month that she's a bloater and the next that she's lost too much weight. If they didn't mention it she wouldn't ever see it. It's also the children in the playground and the parents of those children with their pre-conceived ideas of what is normal. It's hard work making sure my daughter (136cms tall and and four stone) grows up without a complex about what others think of her.
Alan999
Its a crap subject really. All you ever seem to hear about on tv is like Matt said about being to fat or then to thin and i think its a bloody joke! Even more so if its affecting kids the way it seems to be and it doesnt help that other kids can be so mean at times. To all you ladies just be what ever size you want to be so long as your happy fcuk everyone else! If someone doesnt like the way your look thats there prob not yours. Kittyclaws
Totally agree...far too thin. Belsen Chic is not sexy. Makes them walk funny too. What is it with the my little pony prance they do. They should eat more pies IMO. Its true some of those models are ugly as hell. :)They are just very skinny and they have no boobs. its alful imagine cuddling a skinny chick like holding bones, i think woman are best suited to be curvy I prefer women with shape, lovely and curvy
