Laura Posted September 19, 2006 Share Posted September 19, 2006 Not a guy but don't think they should be banned. Anyone can see that some women are skinnier/taller/prettier than others. I don't think that looking at catwalk models as role models will make you ill. I can (unfortunately) see that if I starve myself for 6 weeks I will still look no more like Lily wots-er-face than I did before. If teenage girls hurt themselves trying to be like the models they see it has more to do with their self confidence and how they feel about themselves. So maybe society has trimmed since then? To add, I havequite a sexy male friend who won't commit to anyone and usually won't go above a 10. But apparently he was out a few weeks ago and there was this really pretty girl, but she was at least a 14. Now normally this would be an immediate no, but apparently the way she carried herself, he confidence, her ease with herself, kept his interest. I'd love to tell you they lived happily ever after but they just had very dirty sex instead. Still, moral of the story is the size didn't matter!
