MrHanky Posted September 20, 2006 Share Posted September 20, 2006 Mine is just on its way back from MS. I had the 3 red lights of doom, which is apparently major hardware failure. I also know of 2 others who have had the same problem. To be fair the customer support has been brilliant. I havent queued on the phone for longer than 10 minutes, got a UPS return label straight away, and I just found out today that it is on its way back (it arrived with them 2 days ago). I completed 63% of it in 3days but got to the mission against the Westside Rollers that you have to chase the truck, blow up the cars on the back then blow up the truck and i just cant seem to do it as the car you get always gets blown up and if i get another car then the truck gets away. I've been emailed a label which I've printed, but not received anything to put the console in? I thought they were sending me something to put it in. Or do I just find a box?
