Wayney
Hi mate, re gaining weight, I've found I put on more weight if I eat heavy meals late at night, e.g. usually after 9pm at nit, the worst case is a burger & chips after a heavy nit out, at 3pm. I just pile on the pounds. P.S. Wanna swap metabolism systems? LOL
boombastictiger
so easy.....Have a high protein diet, lots of chicken, red meat, fish etc, keep your veg and vitamin count up aswell so its all balanced (tablets and protein shakes help), and train like AN ANIMAL in gym, keeping between 6-8 reps on most exercises as doing more will tend to make you shread up and get more defined as appose to building muscle. When training, choose a weight that you CANNOT do more than 6-8 reps on. If you find you can do 10 reps on a weight its to light, increase the weight and make yourself struggle to push out 8. To be hounest these are like the basic principles of body building, stick to them strictly and expect to put on a good amount of KG in a matter of weeks...You have to push yourself. Its very easy to put on weight, losing it is the problem. Just increase your protien (meat) intake big time, increase your apetite and watch your body grow. Protien builds your muscle, so you need more of it if you want them to get bigger. You ideally want 1 gram of protien for every pound you weight. 250lb = 250 grams of protien a day. Achieving this will help you get big fast...but it is hard as it can be time consuming. your body can only take in and absorb about 50grams of protein at a time, so space your meals out throughout the day as much as you can to increase the absorbtion of protien into your body. Breakfast - Eggs, beans... etc Lunch - chicken/red meat/fish, and vegtable or somethin else... 5pm feast - Chicken/red meat/fish/protien shake, and milkshake, or whatever you want to snack on Dinner - meat meat meat, veg, etc etc.....you get the idea, just keep the protien up You can have your little snacks inbetween, just make sure you train real hard so that your body uses up every bit of the protien your eating and to repair itself and increase the muscle mass..
