Everybody is very different in body and mind and to go for a single method is going to result in difficulties. If you work with a professional trainer they can adapt a program to suit your needs. Rich Posted October 2, 2006 Share Posted October 2, 2006 try dorian yates promass,I gained loads of strength and muscle mass with that,also creatine and hydrotest ,testosterone booster. train 1 body part a night,eg.chest 5 exercises x 3 sets.then arms another night etc. my mate is a semi pro decathlete and he wrote me out a special diet for getting lean muscle mass,its strict but works!! First year I wanted to lose fat, and lost over two stone in 12 months. The last 12 months I have been concentrating on muscle gain, with heavy weight work combined with as good a diet as I can eat. Ive heard alot about eating the whites of eggs, but how do you guys prepare them?? I mean 12 egg whites at breakfast is a lot!! Do you drink them in raw form? Boil and eat them?
