How to gain weight

To be fair consulting a proper personal fitness trainer and following a "good" diet and fitness regime should put the lb's in the right places. Everybody is very different in body and mind and to go for a single method is going to result in difficulties. If you work with a professional trainer they can adapt a program to suit your needs. Then when you have the program you need you can strike out on your own.

very good advice there fella

why therapy lol im gona get massive now lol just need two more stones

Many years ago I had a pal who attempted everything (and I mean everything) to get bigger and stronger but no matter what he did, he never really changed shape (got stronger though).

At the end of 6 months or so the bloke was almost clinically depressed as a consequence of trying to get bigger but failing!

Alright guys

Been reading this with interest as I have been training hard for 2 years now. First year I wanted to lose fat, and lost over two stone in 12 months. The last 12 months I have been concentrating on muscle gain, with heavy weight work combined with as good a diet as I can eat. Ive heard alot about eating the whites of eggs, but how do you guys prepare them?? I mean 12 egg whites at breakfast is a lot!! Do you drink them in raw form? Boil and eat them? Mix them with a protein shake or something??

Any ideas?

Thanks

Nick
