jesus mate you can have a couple of my stone :D

on a serious note your best bet is to try a body building shop and get some energy drinks, there mainly ment for people whi work out alot and need the calories but in your case it will give you the boost you need ;)

lol i wana turn it into muscle but so fed up as im trying to gain the two extra stones

From your previous posts I assume you're after muscle mass gain.

You need to eat a LOT of protein rich foods (Chicken & Tuna for example), at least 1g per day for every kg you weight.

Take a good quality Whey protein drink at least once per day, a creatine rich supliment will also help.

What is your weight lifting routine?

hya jazz, i gained over 2 stone but it took me just over 1 year,.

to do this i have at least a couple of beers everynite, plus often ill have a kfc at lunch times at work,

have a breakfast of say egg and bacon,. or a couple of pies in the morning and snack as often as you can,. eat around 2 bags of crisps everynite with the beer too.,

i went from just over 9 and a half stone to just under 12.

also in the last year ive been excersising around 3 times a nite as well with 1 big heavy dumbell and ive put a lot of mass on my chest and arms and shoulders.

eat as much as you can mate honest.

weight gain powders and drinks etc do not work.

weight lifting routine basically i try small reps but as heavy as possible

You need to expand on that mate to get some advice. Whats your muscle group workouts each day and your reps/sets count for them? Also, whats your weekly workout schedule?

There's a few bodybuilders (and ex ones) on here ;)

lol well i reckon the best way for me is to train two hours everyday n eat shit loads? any one agree? iv tryed eating shit loads nothing works

Two hours everyday is too much mate! You need to give time for your muscles to recover and build.

Are you working a different group each day, is any group being worked more than once per week and how many days per week do you take off? As said before post up your weekly routine so we can take a look.

Train every other day (unless on anabolics).

While gaining weight cut out the CV (this is only temporary).

Eat clean but eat lots. No KFC/Maccy Ds etc. But a BIG breakfast, snack at 10ish, then lunch, afternoon snack, large evening meal ad a snack before bed.

As people have said, work the complex carbs (pasta, breads etc) But do not forget the fats. Fat can be healthy. Peanut butter, cheese, full-fat milk etc.

Oh a little shake I make up:

2 cups of oats

3 BIG spoons of penut butter

A dash of syrup

1 pint of milk

Blend it all together. Sorted. Healthy weight gain.
