markymark
Went there today as I was after a few bits thinking they will probably say as it is an import we cant help you but in fact they where very helpful, they where trying to encourage me to come to them for most of my parts. Has anybody else found them helpful. (I did have to order the parts in which should arrive on Tuesday)

MKIVDreamer
varies widely. My local Mr T is a bit snotty - Its also a Lexus main dealer - so they make all the excuses under the sun that they can't do work on my import. At one point I had the service manager telling me that the import has a different ECU...news to me

Digsy
My local Mr T is fine. I use them for all parts and used to get the car serviced there (but I do it myself these days). They also run a "loyalty" scheme whereby you can get up to 15% off parts and a chunk off labour depending on how old your car is.
LeeT
The import DOES have a different ECU. I hate garages that don't help just because it's an import. I luckily don't get that trouble
Daston
Went to mine and the mech came out and went "wow first time I've seen one in the flesh" I then decided to take it elsewhere

I've been to the one by Gallows Corner, although very helpful they didn't come across that they knew much about supras. But i could have been talking to the wrong person ? probably the teaboy ? Kranz
I get a 10% discount on parts at my local Mr T's for being a member of this club! Very helpful & always call back when they say they will with results of the search for parts (which they can always get).
Ewen
Westover Toyota. I've only ever bought parts from them, no servicing. The parts guys are friendly and helpful, and I get a wee bit of discount as I use them often. The service manager is helpful too over the phone. He has a load of phone numbers for other places that could possibly help with an import. Oh and no, there were no VVTI Supras. Never.
ivan
Same as Ewen - Westover Toyota. Clive is very helpful on the parts desk and helped me find a part number even though I was just trying to see if another Toyota part would fit. It did, so I got it free from a scrappy in the end. (And he knows about the VVTi Supras now ) Wore my club shirt and got discount last time.

Yep it was that one, the fella in the parts department seem to know about supras plus was coming out with the pictures of the parts I needed. I dont think his always worked at that Mr T I think he said he worked in the midlands before.
