We are not smiling because conceptual designers are supposed to look cool and enigmatic. The 'interior design dept' didnt want to be in on the photo, as they thought they would look bad next to cream walls. The 'engineering dept' couldnt decide if the concept of a group photo was actually viable, and are still sat there working it out. Management were in the pub.
